Shipping
We currently ship our products from Germany.

Shipping countries:
We deliver to Germany and all countries of the European Union. Other countries can be supplied on request.

Carriers:
Orders are shipped with DHL, UPS or DPD – depending on availability and destination.

Delivery time:
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days from receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise in the offer. Delivery to other EU countries may take a few days longer depending on the destination.

Shipping costs:
Shipping within Germany costs €4.99. Orders of €14.99 or more ship free within Germany. Shipping to other EU countries costs €8.99. The exact shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Returns & Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Please note:
For hygiene reasons, certain items – in particular socks, football socks, T-shirts, scarves and similar textiles – are only excluded from withdrawal if they have been worn or used. Returns are only accepted for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.
