How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery to other EU countries may take a few days longer depending on the destination.

How much does shipping cost?
Within Germany €4.99, free from an order value of €14.99. Shipping to other EU countries costs €8.99.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship with DHL, UPS or DPD – depending on availability.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Hygiene items can only be returned unworn.
